I’m not convinced that mass immigration from China, or other non-European countries, is all about Labor wanting to increase its voter base.

Remember that John Howard increased net overseas migration to an unprecedented (for then) 300,000 per year. The consequent demographic change in his seat of Bennelong caused him to lose his own seat in the 2007 Federal election.

Howard must have perceived what was coming - for both himself and his government. But.. he went ahead and lifted NOM to record levels anyway.

Why? My guess is pressure from the business lobby. The corporate sponsors are important to the LNP - just as they are for the ALP today as well.

We all like to critique the skanky, blue-haired degenerates who cheer on our demographic replacement. They’re easy, obvious targets. But are they really the *source* of the policy which is seeing us replaced in the country our forebears built? I don’t think so.

I think it’s a kind of global-capitalist mindset.. one which simply can’t conceive of the organic nation as anything other than sand in the gears of The Market. One which imagines a borderless, one world, one (consumer) culture as a positive thing. On X, I’ve called this mindset a form of neo-imperialism - and while there’s a measure of hyperbole in that, I don’t think it’s without foundation.

The nations of the world - including the proud, organic, white Australian nation - need to cultivate a new mindset. One which values the global diversity of separate cultures and separate ethnicities. A mindset to replace the sick liberal-capitalist thinking that is - simply - an existential threat to our descendants future.

It’s about European erasure not votes.
